From the above data to see, a different wavelength of light for the influence of plant photosynthesis is different, plant photosynthesis need light, in the 400 ~ 720nm wavelength. 400 ~ 520nm (blue) and 610~ 720nm (red) is the largest contribution for photosynthesis. 520 ~ 610nm (green) light absorbed rate is very low by plant pigments.
3. White LED lamp, the most common is to use bule core, stimulate yellow phosphor, which produces visual white light effect. For energy distribution, 445nm blue area and 550nm yellowish area exist two peaks. And for plant needed 610 ~ 720nm is lacking. This explains why the white LED illuminate had disadvantage for plant growth.
4. In accordance with the above principle, PGL are basically made by red and blue color, full blue and full red colors combination all three forms, to provide red and blue two wavelength of light needed, covering all the wavelength range of photosynthesis. In the visual effect, red blue combination plant light looks like pink color.
5. Using the PGL to supply the light, the height of the general distance is 0.5 ~ 1 meter from the blade.
6. PGL red blue chromatographic proportion between 5:1 to 10:1 is appropriate in commonly, usually can choose 7 ~ 8:1 this ratio. Of course if had the conditional, can be adjusted according to the plant growth period the proportion of red and blue light is best.
